TBE’s Lace Replacement Service includes the switching out of an old, worn, or torn lace, with a brand new lace. With this service, only the same size lace can be used in a Lace Replacement (ex. 5x5 closure wigs can only be replaced with a 5x5 lace closure. Choose 'Lace Replacement Only' for the replacement of your lace only, with no customization or styling, or add Full Customization and Styling for a customized, styled, ready-to-wear wig. This service does NOT include the replacement lace. Please add your replacement lace to your order, or send one in with your unit.

Hair Selection and Guidelines
TBE - If you wish to use TBE’s Luxury Hair, simply add all hair specs to your cart with this Wig Service. Click here to add bundles to your cart. Click here to add lace to your cart.
Provide Your Own Hair - If you wish to provide your own hair, please fully read and follow the hair guidelines below. Please understand that if you provide your own bundles, lace, or wig that is not provided by TBE, we are subject to returning your and refunding your service fee if the hair does not follow our guidelines upon receiving and inspecting it.
- Bundles must be CLEAN, THREAD FREE, and LABELED (ex. 22” bundle, 24” bundle, 26” bundle).
- If wefts are CUT, please be sure to check “Yes” in product options.
- NEW Lace is preferred and highly suggested.
- Human, Virgin, and Raw hair ONLY. Synthetic hair is NOT accepted for any Customization and Styling Service.
- Thick hairline lace and low-quality lace (ie. beauty supply, synthetic, etc) are NOT accepted for any Customization and Styling Service.
Shipping and Drop-Off Instructions
For Shipping: Please ship your hair/wig within 3 business days of purchasing your Wig Service. In your package, add a note specifying your Full Name and Order #. Lastly, Email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) your Order # and Tracking Number after you’ve shipped your hair/wig to the following address:

Processing and Completion Window
Custom Wig Services have an estimated 5-7 BUSINESS DAY processing and completion window. Processing time begins the following business day your hair is delivered to us. Business Days include M-F and exclude weekends, holidays, and announced out-of-office days.
If you order TBE hair/wigs to complete your service: Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your hair to arrive to us (Total processing and shipping time: 10-14 business days.)
