Wig Re-Construction

TBE’s Wig Re-Construction service is a deconstruction of an old wig, and a FULL machine-made custom wig re-constructed on an adjustable mesh cap. This service does NOT include hair unless added-on. Choose Wig Construction Only, or Wig Construction + Full Customization and Styling. (ie. “Wig Construction Only” service is great for Baibes who are getting their fully constructed wig installed by a stylist who includes styling and customization with their install, OR Baibes who would like to style and customize their unit themselves. • De-Construction of old wig

• Wash and Deep Condition of old bundles

• Custom machine-made fully constructed wig

• Complete styling of your choice  

Hair Selection and Guidelines

If you wish to use TBE Luxury Virgin Hair, simply add all hair specs to your cart with this Wig Service. If you wish to use hair from an outside source, please fully read and follow the hair and shipping guidelines below.

• Bundles must be CLEAN, THREAD FREE, UN-CUT wefts, and LABELED.

• NEW Closures and Frontals are accepted only.

• Thick hairline lace and low-quality lace (ie. beauty supply, synthetic, etc) are NOT accepted and will be returned if you choose to add full customization and styling.

*Please understand that if you provide your own bundles, lace, or wig that is not provided by TBE, we are subject to returning your hair to you and refunding your service fee if the hair does not follow our guidelines upon receiving and inspecting it. 

Shipping Information

We will provide your shipping label via email within 24 business hours of your Wig Service order.

• Please ship your CLEAN, THREAD FREE, UN-CUT, LABELED bundles using the shipping label that we will provide by email within 24 hours of purchase.
• Add a note with your package specifying your full name and order # (you will
receive a confirmation email with your order # after you complete your purchase.)
• Using the provided shipping label is MANDATORY. After shipping your hair, please
email us at contact@thebaibeexperience.com, Subject: Order #: — Wig Service,
with your Name, Order #, and Tracking #. We are NOT responsible
for the loss of items during shipment.
• Shipping fees at checkout cover both the shipment to us and your completed wig return. Please make sure the address inputted at checkout is the delivery return address.

Processing, Turnaround Time, and Delivery
5-7 Business Days refers to your shipping window — Processing time begins on the next day your hair arrives in the mail. Your order will ship within your shipping window and delivery ETA will be provided by the shipping carrier.

1/8 = DAY 1 of processing time
