The hair itself is great quality and the response time with emails were great, but with the price for the customization and the amount of time that it took for me to receive it I expected a perfectly customized wig that I can put on my head straight out of the box. There were some areas where the knots were over-bleached and there were some other areas where I can still see the knots, it just looked like the work was rushed. The middle part that was plucked was completely crooked. The adjustable band was coming apart so I had to sew it back in place. The hair also sheds a lot, additionally I asked for layers in the hair which I added in both the notes section when ordering the hair and I sent an email to confirm and I was told it will be done and I still received the wig with no layers. Overall I think the customization part missed the mark, I shouldn’t have to go back and customize the wig if I already paid for that part given how expensive it was, next time I will be better off ordering a wig that’s isn’t customized.

I ordered this wig expecting the curls to be silky textured but I’m very disappointed with this curl texture as it looks silky in the photos. This might just be my preference and infact I chose the wrong wig but I am so unhappy that I paid so much for a wig I will never use and just keep in the cupboard. :(

This is my first time ordering from Baibe and I was so excited. The texture of the curls look very shiny and silky in the photos but what I received was so disappointing. I spent so much money for a new wig to just sit in the cupboard. This is not to say there is anything wrong with it it’s just my preference as to what I was expecting ;(
