This is my second wig purchase and I came back because of the QUALITY, the hair last soo long and when I received Bali she was perfect. Hair is super soft, fits perfectly and the texture is EVERYTHING. Also the wig is super full!

This is my favorite wig from this company! It arrived just in time for my cruise and i cant wait to wear it on the beach!! Not only was the wig gorgeous and full but the packaging was amazing. The wig came with a wig bag, bonnet, and head band and i was just blown away! Thank you Baibe for this luxury experience and i cant wait to order my next wig:)

The wig is beautiful and comes ready to install. The only downside is that shipping process is extremely long.

Buying my custom wig from Baibe Official was a great experience from start to finish! The selection was excellent. It was hard to choose what to get; I wanted them all, lol. Customer service was exceptional. I was able to expedite shipping because I was leaving the country and wanted to wear the lovely wig. When my wig arrived, I loved the silky texture, hair quality hair, and the highlights. I could not be happier with my purchase! Moving forward, I will always purchase wigs from Baibe Official exclusively because there’s no point in trying out someone new only to be disappointed. Baibe Official provided a perfect experience from start to finish!

I’m still new to the wig game but the Dominica wig was my first time wearing curly . It was easy to install the wig and I liked that I could wear it glueless. I would buy more wigs from the company.

I have been rocking with Baibe Official since the very beginning, and I have yet to be disappointed. Each and every wig has been so great, BUT THIS ONE RIGHT HERE... MY FAVORITE THUS FAR! The Dominica Mini is the perfect everyday wig. The curls are so juicy and voluminous! For me, the texture matches my normal curves, so it comes off very natural. Highly recommend! :)

The hair itself is great quality and the response time with emails were great, but with the price for the customization and the amount of time that it took for me to receive it I expected a perfectly customized wig that I can put on my head straight out of the box. There were some areas where the knots were over-bleached and there were some other areas where I can still see the knots, it just looked like the work was rushed. The middle part that was plucked was completely crooked. The adjustable band was coming apart so I had to sew it back in place. The hair also sheds a lot, additionally I asked for layers in the hair which I added in both the notes section when ordering the hair and I sent an email to confirm and I was told it will be done and I still received the wig with no layers. Overall I think the customization part missed the mark, I shouldn’t have to go back and customize the wig if I already paid for that part given how expensive it was, next time I will be better off ordering a wig that’s isn’t customized.

The customer service was 10/10. There was communication given to me along the way regarding the status of my order and shipping updates. The quality of the hair and wig construction was well worth the price. They came fully customized, with knots bleached and plucked, and the adjustable wig band. I also received a complimentary wig carrier, bonnet, and wig band in my order. The units are truly ready to wear as I only had to cut the lace from the wigs. Truly a great investment as these wigs will last for a while. Highly recommend this company for glueless ready to wear wigs, and I will purchase again!
